Returns & Exchanges

At Bleuet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the original items in their secure packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure the tracking number is scanned before the 30-day window expires.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
